Silvia joined the company in 2000, serving as HR manager and later CFO, before working her way to the helm. She then purchased the company from founder, Gary Boyter, and today, inspires her team toward new levels of quality service, safety, dependability and honest business practices.

On this foundation, Silvia Ruiz-Adams has revitalized the company’s growth, serving customers with renewed vigor on the strength of her proven team. Silvia Ruiz Adams

Silvia purchased controlling interest in Boyter Insulation Service, Inc. in 2011, becoming company President, CEO and Owner of Ruiz-Boyter Construction & Supplies, LLC, a certified minority, woman-owned enterprise. Prior to that, she served as Boyter Insulation’s Chief Financial Officer, having joined the company in 2000 as its Human Resources Director. Silvia also worked for Wisenbaker Builder Services and Pioneer Balloon Company in HR capacities from 1992 to 2000. She attended Mountain View College and completed the Human Resources Professional Development Program at University of Dallas. Silvia oversees the daily operations of Ruiz-Boyter, serving as team leader, motivator, visionary and general problem-solver. Her dedication to building long-term customer relationships has helped Ruiz-Boyter expand every year since she took over as company President.
