Estimator/Project Manager:

Requirements for the position are the following:

• Must have at least 3 years HVAC mechanical estimating experience or a degree in construction management.
• Exceptional time management, organizational, decision-making and estimating skills are critical.
• Must be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve revenue and profit objectives.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and MIKE insulation estimating program.
• Must have strong communication skills.
